SPRAYSTONE Spraystone consists of polished, high-quality stone and resin sprayed onto a glass plate. Use a damp cloth for daily cleaning andedaUse a mild cleaner. Never use harsh cleaners or chemicals, as these can damage the surface. Always wipe up any spills immediately. Do not place hot objects on the surface and always use coasters. The material should not remain wet for extended periods. Protect your furniture with a furniture cover when not in use. Winter storage should be in a cool, dry place. STEEL: Keep in mind that steel is a material that can rust if exposed to water and moisture for extended periods. It is important to keep steel furniture dry, for example, by using a furniture cover. Rust from inside or on the furniture can drip down and discolor the surface it sits on. Keep this in mind when placing it on your new wooden deck. Paint or other finish is what keeps rust away, so it is important not to damage the coating. Solvents should not be used on painted or varnished steel, as this will dissolve the surface and expose it to rust. For daily care, clean with a soft cloth and soapy water. Always wipe the surface dry afterwards, avoiding excess water. If a rust stain is difficult to remove, you can use a soft cloth and pure alcohol. To maintain the quality and appearance of your steel furniture, we recommend storing it in a dry place during the winter. TEAK Teak garden furniture requires care to extend its lifespan. Teak contains natural oil but will slowly turn gray if left untreated, preferably with teak oil. If you want to maintain this natural teak look, you should use oil and also follow the care instructions to keep your product in good condition for many years. Before treating with teak oil: - Smooth the surface with fine sandpaper (polishing in the direction of the wood grain). Remove the
Staub Sand with a cloth. - The furniture must be clean and completely dry before applying the oil. The easiest way to clean the piece is with a sponge or soft brush, along with soap and plenty of water. In some cases, it may be necessary to use a teak cleaner, which is available at major hardware stores. - Leave it outside and dry in the sun – it is very important that it is 100% dry before treatment. In some cases, the wood grain may be slightly prominent. This can be easily smoothed by polishing the surface with cardboard. - Carefully follow the instructions on the teak oil can/bottle and apply the oil with a brush. Again, ensure that the tabletop is 100% dry and clean. Otherwise, mold spots may form on your furniture. - Before first use, we recommend also impregnating the underside of the tabletop to reduce the risk of cracks. This is because the oiled side of the table swells slightly. Maintenance instructions: - Clean the product regularly with mild soap and lukewarm water. - Be aware that if the furniture is placed near trees, falling objects may cause stains. The product should then be cleaned more frequently. - Do not cover furniture for long periods of time (e.g., with a furniture cover), as condensation can cause black mold stains. - Do not leave your furniture in the garden during the winter. It should be stored in a storage room where the temperature does not fall below 0 degrees Celsius. POLYESTER Since all fabrics fade in the sun, make sure not to expose the furniture to direct sunlight. Impregnate the fabric with a textile spray before first use to make dirt and stains easier to remove. Remove stains immediately. Do not rub, but gently absorb with a cloth. If the stains do not disappear, use a stain remover, testing it on a less visible part of the fabric first. Make sure you never leave your cushions outside when they are not in use. Always store the cushions in a dry environment, such as a water-resistanterdipillow box or in your home to avoid mold or other damage.
