A display lock prevents unintentional changes, and the "Water Now" button allows for manual watering outside of the programmed times.

Efficient irrigation with soil moisture sensor

For particularly water-saving irrigation, the GARDENA soil moisture sensor can be connected. This measures the soil moisture and postpones the next watering cycle when the soil is sufficiently moist. This way, the irrigation is optimally adapted to the needs of your garden.

The GARDENA The Select Irrigation Control System allows you to program up to three individual watering plans for different applications, such as sprinkler systems, mobile sprinklers, or micro-drip systems. Intuitive operation is achieved via the large rotary/push button on the removable control unit, which allows you to set the start time, watering duration (between 1 minute and 7 hours, 59 minutes), and the days of the week for each plan. The removable control unit can be picked up for programming or adjustments, and a display lock prevents unintentional changes. Practical additional functions such as the "Water Now" button for easy water withdrawal outside of watering times and the Safe Stop technology, which suspends an irrigation cycle if the battery power is too low, simplify handling. The garden is watered particularly efficiently and water-savingly when a GARDENA A soil moisture sensor is connected. This transmits the current soil moisture to the controller, which then suspends the next watering cycle when sufficient moisture is present. This automatically adjusts the watering to the garden's needs.
